This terms of service is an agreement between you, the customer (including you, and any agents or representatives authorized by you), and BitPD IDC LLC (“BitPD IDC”). This agreement covers the services offered by BitPD IDC and used or purchased by you, including but not limited to virtual private servers, dedicated servers, hosting, bandwidth, connectivity, server management, and related services.
These terms of service may be changed by BitPD IDC from time to time, with or without notice.
All normal VPS services are eligible for a limited refund within 7 days of account registration, applicable only to the first service of a new client. Bitcoin payments are non-refundable. Additional orders, upgraded services, special discounted plans, promotional events, suspended/terminated services due to AUP/TOS violations, or services using 10%+ bandwidth are not eligible. Dedicated servers and proxies are non-refundable.
Invoices are issued 14 days before due date. Accounts overdue by 2 days incur a 10% late fee. Services may be suspended 1 day past due and terminated after 3 days. Duplicate PayPal/Credit Card payments can only be credited to account balance.
Fraudulent activity results in immediate suspension/termination and may be reported to authorities and financial institutions.
Initiating chargebacks will result in suspension of services. False chargebacks are treated as fraud.
Services may be cancelled via the client area. Cancellation does not imply refund eligibility. Recreating a cancelled VPS may incur a $5 fee.
VPS referrals earn 10% one-time account credit after one month of active service. Credit cannot be withdrawn. Affiliate program excludes certain VPS and dedicated products.
Prices may change at the start of the next billing cycle. Services are priced in USD. Promotional pricing applies only to new orders. Special offers are non-transferable.
Services are unmanaged. BitPD IDC provides hardware support only. No software configuration support is provided beyond default installation.
Use of services is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups.
Customers are responsible for account security and activities. Reselling is allowed with first-level support handled by reseller. DoS attacks, spam, phishing, illegal activity, abusive communication, improper OS installation, and other violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Content is not routinely monitored but violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination. Legal bittorrent usage allowed under US law. IRC usage is prohibited. Proxy usage subject to abuse limits.
Monthly bandwidth allocations apply. Excess usage may result in suspension or additional fees. Unused bandwidth does not roll over. High sustained usage may be restricted.
VPS CPU cores are shared. Sustained high usage affecting others may lead to suspension. Users may not run gaming servers, TOR, streaming services, or consume 100% system resources beyond allowed limits.
